Reporting Damaged Products
1.1. If you receive a damaged product, you must submit a refund request within 1 week (7 days) from the date of delivery.

Eligibility for Refunds

2.3 In the event that delivery fails due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, we will initiate a refund within three business days after we have received the returned product.
